I am Madem Dhanasri and in 2015 I passed out 10th Board exams. There is a mistake in 10th certificate. Surname was printed as M but my surname is Madem. So, how can I change my certificate?

It has been more than 1 year since you passed your10th so you cannot make correction in your 10th marksheet instead make an affidavit in which you have to give your correct name.Just give some money and documents to a lawyer and he/she will do that for you.
Necessary Document are:
1. Application for change of name.

2. Affidavit from 1st class Magistrate

3. Date of birth proof ie Birth Certificate/School Certificate.

4. Aadhar Card, PAN Card.

5. 2 National News paper me name change ka declaration.
