Procedure for rectification of surname and date of birth in Madhyamik certificates?
Hi, how can I change my Surname and Date of Birth in the Madhyamik Admit Card and other certificates? Should I talk to my school principle or do I need to write application letter to the Madhyamik Board of Education?

For correction in the certificate issued by the board, you have to visit the board office.
Only board is authorised to issue a new certificate with the required correction. Correction will be made on the basis of documents which justify the claim. |
