Procedure to transfer course and institution to another city?
Hi, I'm working as a government employee and I am doing part time Diploma in Mechanical from Murugappa Polytechnic, Chennai. And, I have completed my one year course and now I want to take transfer to Delhi. Is it possible to transfer course and institution to Aryabhatta Polytechnic Delhi and I continue my course from 2nd year to there?
