Is PUC from KSOU Board legal and valid for doing Graduate courses from a regular college?

Hi, I have completed PUC from Science stream from KSOU Board in Mysore in the year 2014. Is this Marks Card valid or not for doing B.Sc in Forensic Science or any other specialization from a regular colleges?
