Eligbility details for Intelligence Bureau Grade "A" officers

Educational qualification :

• Your minimum educational qualification should be Graduation pass out in any discipline from recognized university.
• Your Compulsory subjects in Graduation degree course should be English and Hindi.

Age required :

• Minimum age required to apply for this exam is 18 years.
• Your age should not be above 27 years.

Marks required :

• If you belong from the General/OBC category then your minimum marks in Graduation should be 50%.
• If you belong from the SC/ST category then your minimum marks in Graduation should be 45%.

Selection Process :

• Phase I - Written Exam.
• Phase II - Personal Interview.

All candidates who will qualify in Written Exam will called for personal Interview.After getting pass in Personal Interview Phase candidates will be finally selected for this job.

Exam Pattern for Written Exam

1. This exam will questions from Four Sections.
2. There will be a single paper in Bilingual Language that is English & Hindi.
3. Total duration for this exam will be 1 hour and 50 minutes.
4. Total marks for this exam will be 100.
5. Each question will be of 1 marks.
6. Negative Marking will be 0.33 for each wrong answer.
