Hello Sir/Madam, I want to secure the job of Loco Pilot in Andhra Pradesh. I would like to know about the qualification which is essentially required for becoming a Loco Pilot? And also let me know about the requirements as well.

To become Loco Pilot, you must have completed ITI course from any field (like mechanical/automobile/electrical or electronics).

However, if you have completed Diploma or Graduation in Engineering, then also you are applicable for Loco Pilot post.

Your age limit must be between 18 to 30 years.

Selection Procedure for Loco Pilot is based on Written Exam followed by Personal Interview.

To become an Loco Pilot in Railways the minimum eligibility criteria is:

Candidate must have passed Diploma/ITI/Polytechnic from a recognized university.

The age limit to appear for examination is 18 to 30 years with relaxation in upper age limit.
