Qualifications required to become an Operations Manager for a 39 years Head of Sales and Marketing in a Hotel Industry? Is it advisable to pursue Hospitality Management program?

Hi friends, I am 39 years old and looking for a career shift from being the Head of Sales and Marketing, can making company to becoming an Operations Manager in the Hotel Industry on PAN India basis. I would like to know what are the qualifications to become an Operations Manager and if I can still go and do a Hospitality Management course at my age.
