Minimum Qualification required to join CBI is Graduation and the age lilit is 18-25 years.
The Central Bureau of Investigation traces its origin to the Special Police Establishment SPE which was set up in 1941 by the Government of India.CBI recruits Sub-inspectors through Staff Selection Commission which publishes its Recruitment Notice in Employment News and all leading dailies. Police officers in the rank of Sub-inspector/ Inspector of the Ste Police may approach local CBI Superintendent of Police.

Eligibility Criteria:-
QUALIFICATION:The minimum Qualification is Graduation in any Discipline.
AGE: You should be in between 20 to 27 years of Age. & special Relaxation is given to SC/ST which is 5 years and For OBC 3 years.

You can join CBI through combined graduate level examination. Staff selection commission conducts CGLE every years. The notification for 2011 CGLE has not announce yet but it is expected to be declare next week. So please keep checking employment news for advertisement if you really wants to join CBI as an inspector or sub-inspector.
Qualification required for this examination- graduation in any stream from a recognised institution or university
Age limit-
18 to 27 years (for CPOs 18 to 25 years) other age relaxations age per govt rules and regulations.

yes you can join CBI as minimum qualification is graduation.
But the test is very tough and you have to go through many rounds.

generally the age limit to appear in the exam conducted by CBI is 20-27yr. Old candidates for CBI agent. Graduation is required in any stream with min. 50% aggregate from any affiliated university in india. For exam details and other query you can visit the official site of CBI-www.cbi.gov.in

Hi,

CBI recruitment is conducted by SSC.

Eligibility to join CBI is candidate must have bachelors degree from a recognised university.

CBI recruits Sub-inspectors through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), which publishes its recruitment notice in Employment News and other leading dailies.

CBI also inducts officers in the ranks of Inspector of Police and above from the State and Union Territory Police forces on deputation. Non-police officers are also taken on deputation in CBI.

The age criteria is 20 years wheras, the maximum age limit is 27 years with relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

the basic qualification required for CBI are as follow.........

-->degree in any discipline for recognised universities with..........

-->50% marks in 12th (HSC exam) or
60% marks in 10 th

relaxation for sc/st/pwd--pass marks in 12th (HSC exam)or

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is the best government inquiring

agency of India. To join as a CBI oficer you have to apply 'Combined

Graduate Preliminary Exam' (CGPE) which is conducted by staff selection

Educational Qualification required to Join CBI is as follows:

1. Degree in any discipline from a Recognized University or any equivalent
qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. OR

2. A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2 (10+2+3) pattern/11th
Std. of (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate / Pre-University or any
equivalent examination / Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State
Government or U.T. administration. OR

3. A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation / SSC (old
pattern) / SSLC/ 10th Std. examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent.

For SC/ST / EX-Servicemen / PWD, the educational qualification is relaxed as below:
