Placement in CAPGEMINI is done in 3 stages.

Aptitude and verbal

Group discussion

Personal Interview

So the fist round is of Aptitude and verbal. The candidates qualified
the first round will be only called for the second round test i.e;
Group Discussion. GD topics are mostly on current issues and
on political issues. The final round of testing is the personal
interview in which only those candidates are called who have
clear the GD test.

Candidates selected in the final round will be sent a call letter
by the company. I have attached some previous year placement
papers of company with this thread. So you can download the

Mainly the process for CapGemini recruitment is

Aptitude test consists of Verbal, Analytical reasoning and Quantitative Skills.

Those candidate are in final year or completed B-TECH , M-TECH , MCA Degree are applicable for Capgemini exam.

But your through out marks must be above 60% in career.Pending Backlog candidate are not Applicable for Cepgemini exam.
