Regarding non-submission of disability certificate while submitting forms for NET and JRF exam

Hello Sir, I'm Swetha (differently disabled candidate) who attempted NET and JRF exam but forgot to submit the disability certificate. What happens to my results? Can I submit my certificate now? Is there any way out?
