what is cut off required to join in psg ? and what is the cut off for BE mechanical

Cutoff that you need in choosing colleges/departments primarily depends on your community (FC/BC/MBC/SC).
If you are from FC and you want mechanical in PSG, then make sure your cutoff is around 199/200. For BC, it might be around 198 and it reduces further for other communities. Also, it depends on number of students opting mechanical engineering in PSG. These days application for engineering counseling is getting down. So there might be a chance of reduction in cutoff for all departments. Checkout this link for previous year cutoff |
