While applying for passport you see a option of ECR (Emigration Check Required) Or ECNR(Emigration check not required).
Since you have passed the 10th examination you need to apply under ECNR category.Also,You can apply under ECNR category if you are a dependent child (upto age of 24) of a person who has a profesional degree or pays Income Tax.
