For job of mechanical fresher engineer in 2016 what are the requirements one should possess to get job in a good company?

** As far as my knowledge most of the top or reputed private take applicants with minimum 60% marks throughout the career.

** If you have less than 60% marks in engineering so you will not be eligible to appear in the recruitment process of leading companies.

** The age of candidate must be above 18 years and less than 32 years.

** My suggestion to you is that you can try for private sector job, after experience you can try for government jobs.
