Hello friends, I want to study MBBS course after completing my 12th. Currently, I am in 11th standard with Science stream and I am a Christian. I want to know about the requirements to study MBBS course in any Government Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu. Please let me know immediately.

# Eligibility criteria for Tamil Nadu MBBS BDS Entrance Examination 2019:

* Candidate must crossed the age of 17 years as on 31.12.2019.
* Candidate must also not crossed the age of 25 years.
* Candidate must have studies Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects in 10+2 level.
* Candidate of general category must have secured minimum 50% Marks in aggregate in 10+2 level.
* Candidate of reserved category must have secured minimum 40% Marks in aggregate in 10+2 level.


# Tentative dates for Tamil Nadu MBBS BDS Entrance Examination 2019:

* June 2019: Release/notification of Application form
* June 2019: Deadline for submission of application form
* July 2019: Conduction of Entrance Examination
* July 2019: Declaration of result
* July/August 2019: First round of counselling
* July/August 2019: Second round ofcounselling
* July/August 2019: Third round of counselling
* August 2019: Commencement of course

The full form of MBBS is Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery the admission in MBBS course in Government Medical College is done on basis of rank secured in National eligibility cum entrance test.

The academic qualification required to apply for this exam is 12 passed with PCB subjects. You must have minimum of 50% marks in 12th. You should secure a rank in NEET examination below 100 to get admission in good Government Medical College.
