US is more generous in offering scholarships. they offer a few scholarships at masters and many at doctorate level......but, you can always look out for home site of ministry of human resource development for commenwealth/other international scholarships.there are many initiatives and agreement between industrial houses and government to fund studies in different fields.......both in india and US......look out for scholarship by tatas,ambanis etc
new zealand only exempt fees at master level if the student has scored excellent marks in GRE/GMAT...most places doctorate students are given waiver of tution fees
