Yes, scholarship is available for a candidate with 83% in 10th GSEB:-

For getting the scholarship you have to fulfill some constraints and specified by board.

First of all you must have to score more than 80% marks in your exams. Also you must be a candidate of India.

For getting scholarship you have to fill up a scholarship form and submit it with in the last date of submission. Once your application is approved by the board then you will eligible to get the scholarship.
