IAF after BCA

You can apply for the Flying Branch and Ground Duty Branch of
Indian Air force after the graduation in BCA.

There are various entry schemes to apply for the Flying Branch and for
the Ground Duty Branch in Indian Air force. The various entry schemes
for the different branches of Indian Air Force is discussed below:

FLYING BRANCH
You can apply for the flying branch through CDSE entry scheme.
Men can join the Air Force through this mode of entry and will be given a Permanent Commission.
To apply for the IAF through this entry scheme following eligibility is required

Education Qualification
Candidate should be graduate in any discipline and should have physics
and maths up to 10+2 level.

Age Limit
Candidate applying for the above entry scheme should have age between
19 to 23 years.

Ground Duty Branch
A candidate can join as an officer in any of the following Ground Duty Branches:
Administration Branch
Accounts Branch
Logistics Branch

Education Qualification
To apply for the above entry scheme a candidate should be graduate in
any discipline and should have 60% in graduation.

Candidates appeared in the final year exam are also eligible to apply for
the above entry scheme.

Age Limit
Candidate applying for the above entry scheme should have age between
20 to 23 years for Graduates, 20 to 25 years for Post Graduates.

i finished my BCA(Bachelor of Computer Applications) recently 2011 may,,,i hav a commerce background in PUC, computer science,economics,business studies,accounts,(CEBA). am i eligible for IAF (Indian AirForce),i m not having physics and mathematics in PUC,,,plz suggest me a procedure to get into IAF,, and notifications about IAF .

i have completed bca with 55% but i have studied joc in 12 is there is any openings for me in airforce..??

HI,
If you want to join Indian Air Force after passing graduation with commerce stream.
For this you have to qualify the Combine Defence Services(C.D.S).

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass GRADUATION with recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam
