Scope for MCA student in HR recruitment?
Hi,i'm a MCA and currently working as a IT-Recruiter in a recruitment firm.
What's future for a MCA in IT-Recruitment\HR???? Any suggetions???? |

now a days companies are wanted IT knowledgeable people. so, for you M CA is an best course for getting an job.

I am MCA PASSED ON 2008. Right now interested in HR JOB.. should I want to learn any course after this or degree? If so..what degree should I learn?
