Hello, I got PGECET rank 1638, so can i get seat in any good college in Hyderabad, to do MTech in Computer Science, and my Btech Aggregate is 71.75%.

my score is 6187 in pgecet cse stream ....where i will get seat....

there are not many colleges available in andhra pradesh which provide m.tech course you can get an seat in good college if you have an reservation,if you are from general category then you can not get any seat in good college with your rank

exactly true, from where this person got the information that counselling is over, I think he might be mistaken with the counseling of PGCET(MA/Msc/M.Com). Counseling notification didn't yet come in the official website of PGECET i.e. www.apschepgecet.net. So the information given here is completely wrong.
