BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Applications. It is a three-year undergraduate degree course in the field of Information Technology. You should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a Government recognised board to be eligible to pursue BCA course.
Most of the colleges offer admissions in BCA course on basis of merit of 12th standard board examination marks who have applied for admission. Some top reputed Institutes conducts an own entrance examination to find merit candidates for offering admission in BCA course. There is no need to have innovative mind to do BCA course. Any normal candidate who have passed 12th standard and aware of BCA course are eligible to pursue BCA course. You can improve your knowledge on subjects of BCA course through pursuing your studies in BCA course. As per the data mentioned in your query, you have completed B.Com course from a Government recognised university, so, you are eligible to get admission in BCA course on basis of 12th standard. |
