I m in 12th class commerce student & i would like to go to the Indian Railway either Indian Airways
What should I do for that?

You can sit for the various exams conducted by the RRBs in order to get a job in Railways.

i pass intermediate with second division and i like to do job in bank.Can i do jon in bank with this qualification?
can i get govt job?

iam passed 12 in 2012 with 1 division with pcm subject can i join indian railway

Being a 12th Standard candidate you may apply for Railways Jobs like,, Ticket Collector Post / Clerk Cum Typist / Stenographer / Assist Commerical etc..

The Educational Qualification and age limit differ from Exam to Exam.

To be eligible for this Ticket Collector Post, then the candidate must having Matriculation / Equivalent with at least 50% Percentage of marks recognized university. The age limit of the candidate should be 18 years to 30 years.

To be eligible for this Clerk Cum Typist post then, the candidate should be hold Matriculation / Equivalent with at least 50% Percentage of marks recognized university.

Note :- Typing test with 25wpm / English with 30 wpm is Mandatory to apply for this Post. Applicant should have crossed the age of 18 years to 30 years.

For Appearing in Stenographer post , the candidate should be passed in Complete Matriculation / Equivalent with at least 50% Percentage of marks recognized university.

Note: Shorthand in Hindi is essential for the candidate who appearing for this Post. The age of the candidate should be 18 years to 30 years

For Appearing in Assist Commercial post, the candidate should be Complete Matriculation / Equivalent with at least 50% Percentage of marks recognized university. The age of the candidate should be in between 18 years to 30 years.

So, After Completing you're 12th standard you may apply for any one of the post as you wish.
