here i would like tell only as per your interest you can join any college from both of them.but i think private colleges are better than government colleges .because the education is different and in private colleges the faculty take care

in patna many good colleges are availabla like P.U,Science College which provides great teaching level, 24 hour library facility as well as great teaching experience.
Apart from these factors it provides a very good placement record now a days and it is really economical too.
For good private colleges you would have to migrate from patna and that's really costly as well as there is no guarantee that you will get a nice college.
Then too if you want to know about good private college then please specify your desired stream.

if u get cs at jadavpur university. It's the best optn. Otherwise try for cs at shibpur or iem
