Should I work in government sector or join private sea service?


sir which job is better i have done gprating & got 6 month sea service now i want to work in goverment sector . which is better & how to get into govt sector

There are advantages and disadvantages for both the sectors.
>Government sector:
Advantages- 1. Job Safety.
2. Good payscale
3. Provisions are good.
Disadvantages- 1. No competitiveness.
2. Promotion is based on time
>Private sector:
Advantages- 1. Good competitiveness.
2. Promotion is based on work.
3. Payscale depends on work.
Disadvantages- 1. No job safety
2. Provisions are less.
