In my 10th class memo my surname's spelling is incorrect. What should I do? Can I make correction? If yes, then how? Do I need to tell the school from where I studied my 10th?

You can contact your school authoroties and then say the problem. They will give one application form and fill up and give the corresponding officers. Then your problem is solved within a few days.
