Sir/Madam, I am Sandhya Rani. I have a completed Diploma and B.Tech in the stream of Electrical and Communication Engineering (ECE). I have to go to in core side but I don't know about any course. Can you guide me through this?

As far as you are concerned about the specializations in core Electronics field which you can consider for pursuing M.Tech degree course after B.Tech in ECE degree course are as following :-

* Microelectronics and VLSI.

* Integrated Circuits/ Electronic Circuits/ Electronic Systems.

* Embedded systems.

* Communication and Signal Programing.

* Control System and Automation.

* RF and Photonics.

* RF and Microwave engineering etc. .

There are some other specializations too which you can opt but it all depends upon your interest. Also, interdisciplinary disciplines can be also good if you are interested in it.
