Hi friends, I am pursuing 12th with Humanities stream. I want to become a General Manager in Coal India Limited. So, I would like to know about the steps through which I can achieve my aim. Kindly let me know about the steps asap.

Those who have completed their class 12th must go for bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

One needs considerable work experience and bachelor's degree for general manager role.

One can also go for Masters in Business Administration if they are interested and want to gain better position and experience.

Some of the skills that are required by the General Manager are
Strong understanding of Business Management
Financial and leadership principles
Excellent communication etc
Thus skills as well as degree and experience is required for the post.
