Hello Sir/Madam, I have completed my 12th with PCB stream. I want to become a Psychiatrist. I would like to know about the steps through which I can become a Psychiatrist? Please let me know as soon as possible.

As you have completed your 12th from PCB, so now you will have to pursue Bachelor degree i.e. MBBS. To pursue this course, appear for Medical entrance exams like NEET, AIIMS, etc. and qualify it with a decent rank so that you can admission into top level medical colleges of India.

Now, after completing MBBS course, you will need to pursue a M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) in Psychiatry which will be of 3 years duration. After this, you need to do Diploma in Psychology Medicine which is of another 2 years. After this DNB Psychiatry course which is of 3 years duration.
