Hi everyone, I have completed 12th with Commerce stream and then studied 5 years LLB program. I am interested to join CBI or CID. Please guide me and let me know about the steps through which I can join any of these departments.

Steps to join CBI/CID for an LLB graduate can be seen below.

1. Apply for SSC CGL exam.
2. Your post preference should be CBI/CID Officer in application form.
3. Crack examination with good marks.
4. Go for document verification.
5. Secure job as CID/CBI officer.

There is no relation between LLB and CBI Officer

Any degree holder can write SSC GL and opt for SI in CBI and by promotion you can become CBI Officer

Write UPSC Exam and clear I P S and then opt for CBI you can become directly CBI officer

There are few Legal Officers in C B I but no regular recruitment is seen .
