Re: Steps to pursue BPT and MPT to become a Physiotherapist for 10th candidate?
Dear,
Take PCB/PCMB then you can go for a bachelors degree in Physiotherapy which is B Pt. This is the most suitable one if you want a full time career in the field. Make sure to do it from reputed colleges that are either affiliated to a University and approved by IAP. This course tenure is 4 years and 6 months internship. There are no entrance exams for BPT. You must have 50% marks in your plus two science with biology and you will be alloted according to the merit list based on your marks. After completing your BPT you can think about a masters(MPT) if you want to specialise in one of the many specialties like Orthopedics, Neurology, Pediatrics, etc Good Luck |
