HELLO,exam for top class IAS,IPS,IFS & alloyed services officers conducts by UPSC every yr in 3 phases-
1.prelims(may)
2.mains(october)
3.interview(after mains qualification)
~eligibility
*graduation from affiliated institute or university.
*age-21~30(unreresved category)
there is relief in age for reserved category.
there is an change in prelims-aptitude test will be in place of optional subject.
~blue print for mains
1.a language selected from 8th supplementary of indian constitution-300(max.marks)
2.english-300
3.essay-200
4.general studies-600
5.optional subject-1200

hello friend

it is good read that you want to write CSE exam for becoming an IAS officer

for this eligibility criteria for any applicant is you have to be an Indian

and should have a Indian degree from recognized university

and the age criterion is you should have min 21 years and you should not exceed the age of 30

and to apply is you will get a notification by UPSC every year then you have to apply by purchasing it in any major post office

Dear,
Any person having a Bachelor degree with 50% marks will qualify for the UPSC exam.
The Exam is in three phase-
1. PT ( On the basis of Aptitude Test )
2. Means ( On the basis of your selected paper )
3. Personal Interview
and If you doing your MBA in Finance then its better to go in Indian Revenue service which is also conduct by UPSC.

If you have 60% marks in graduation. you are eligible for IAS exam.

IAS (Indian Administrative Service)
  • Apply online by using the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in
  • Apply offline by purchasing the application form from designated post offices throughout the country.
For complete details go to http://www.upsc.gov.in

To become IAS you have to give civil services exam conducted by UPSC.

every year end of december, UPSC publishing IAS exam application.
there are 3 exams

1.premilinery exam- based on gk
2.eassy writing
3.personal interview

Yes you can apply for I.A.S exam after passing the graduation..
I.A.S exam exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year.

Qualification:- Pass graduation with any stream from recognized university.

Age limit:-
For Open category:- 21-30 year
For OBC category:- 21-33 YEAR
For ST/SC category:- 21-37 year

Number of Attempts:-
For open category:- 4 attempts
For ST/SC category:- 7 attempts


I.A.S exam is conducted in 4 steps:-
>PRELIMINARY) EXAM
> MAINS EXAM
> INTERVIEW
> MEDICAL EXAM

CIVIL SERVICES (PRELIMINARY) EXAM., 2012
Date of notification:-04.02.2012
Last Date of receipt of form:- 05.03.2012(MONDAY)
Date of exam:- 20.05.2012(SUNDAY)

CIVIL SERVICES (MAIN) EXAM., 2012
Date of exam:- 05.10.2012(FRIDAY)
