Subject to attend in NET exam after M.Sc in Dairy Science and Rural Management?
Sir, I am doing my M.Sc in Dairy Science and Rural Management. To which NET (UGC/CSIR) am I eligible for? To which subject I should attend the examination? And, when is the upcoming exam going to be conducted for 2020 session?

One can apply for NET exam only for subject in which they have competed their masters degree/equivalent.
But in case if the subject is not on list , one can apply for related subject. It's advised by the official to choose the same subject as it will ease the preparation. The reason behind this is that Paper 2 of UGC NET exam is totally based on the subject that one has choosen. |
