I have done my graduation in history and socialogy in BEd what subject i should what subject i should choose

BEd can be pursued in many subjects, some of them are:

Ed in Biology.
Ed in Mathematics.
Ed in Home Science.
Ed in Political Science.
Ed in Computer Science.
Ed in Economics.

I will recommend you to pursue BEd in a subject that you have studied before.

It's advisable to choose the subject , one enjoys the most.
Graduation subject has nothing to do with B.Ed.
One has to be careful while choosing the subject.
One can only be admitted to B.Ed course if one has studied atleast two school subjects in graduation.
Problem mainly arises when one applies for Govt job.
If you have chosen any subject which is not school subject , then you are not eligible for teaching post TGT .
It may not be problem for BSc stream as all science subjects are school subject.
But problem arises for Bcom and BA students.
Thus be careful while making choice of subjects.
