I have completed my B.Sc in Microbiology now which subject should I take for B.Ed as my specialization subject? Is there Microbiology specialization available in B.Ed?

Teaching subject should be relevant to your graduation and postgraduation.
The subject one chooses in B.Ed must have studied them in graduation or postgraduation for atleast two years.
