Information Regarding IPS Examination.

IPS examination is also known as the civil services examination which is conducted by the UPSC in every year for the selection of the talented candidates of India as the post of IPS officer. To appear in the IPS examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification = Graduation in any stream from a recognize University. The final year graduation student are also eligible to apply for the IPS examination.

Age Limit = The age must be between 21 to 30 years at the time of appearing of this examination. The age relaxation is also applicable for the candidates belong to reservation category.

So, i advise you to first complete your graduation degree then you are eligible to apply for the IPS examination. You can apply for the IPS exam in the final year of graduation.

well..you can take any subject of your choice in your graduation to sit for the Civil Service Exams..just make sure that the college you are joining for your graduation is a recognized college..you should within he age limit of 21-30 years in order to appear for the exam..you have a maximum of 4 attempts to clear the exam..

IPS is Indian Police Service

This exam is held for candidates to join in for the post of IPS officer.This exam is one of the Civil Service Exam and this exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).This exam is conducted every year.
