but some subject is given which is very important for exam.............

2.power system

3.Electrical machines

4.Mathematics

5.general aptitude

6.signals and systems...

these are important subject for BHEL exam...........

well here is the syllabus and exam pattern for BHEL
Written Test : 240 objective questions divided in 2 sections. These are -
A. Section I : Aptitude Test : In this, questions are based on quantitative aptitude, logical thinking, reasoning ability, English language & general awareness.
B. Section II : Technical Test : It is divided into 2 parts- General Engineering questions & Questions related to specific discipline which is selected from categories like Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

friend for bhel et exam the syllabus is almost same as gate i.e digital and analog electronics,comm.engg.,electromagnetics,networks,c ontrol system,semiconductors,digital signal processing and engg. maths
