The last date for submission of application form is here as under

Admission Brochure-I (Professional programmes) is 21st April, 2010

Admission Brochure-II (Engineering and B.Arch programmes) is 21st April, 2010

Admission Brochure-III (MBBS programme) is 21st April, 2010

Admission Brochure-IV (PGMC programme) is 26th March, 2010

Admission Brochure-IV (SSMC programme) is 08th June, 2010

The CET for B.Tech. comprises of questions from Physics, chemistry and
Mathematics.

The syllabus of the entrance exam is somewhat same as that of 12th board
examination or you can say the syllabus of AIEEE.

The books to be referred are
NCERT Books for all the subjects
Apart from ncert you can refer following books
H.C. Verma for Physics
R.S. Aggrawal for Maths
NCERT is sufficient for Chemistry

MCQ by bharti Bhavan Publication
and AIEEE question bank

The syllabus of the entrance exam is somewhat same as that of 12th board
examination or you can say the syllabus of AIEEE.

It has been clearly stated by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) that CET 2011 syllabus will be as specified by CBSE for 10+1 and 10+2 level i.e it's clear that syllabus will be based on 11th and 12th standard. 2 1/2 Hour CET will consist of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics each of 33.33% weightage.

Syllabus will be based on 11th and 12th but it won't be easy as 10+2 board examination. Definetly students will be required to put extra effort unlike board examination prepration.

I have attached the syllabus of the exam which can help you to get prepare for exam
and to know what you should study and what not .

The total question asked will be around 150 objective-type questions .You have to mark
most appropriate answer on the OMR answer sheet.Each question shall carry four marks.
