is there any chance to apply for any exam during the B.Tech

Your question is not complete.

However, you can apply and appear for entrance exam of PG course or job entrance exam in your final exam.
You are allowed to appear for these exams because you would be able to complete your graduation by the time admission or selection process is conducted.

In during engineering days you have choice to apply for only inter qualification jobs.like vro,vra,bank jobs, etc.but in case of heigher jobs like groups etc.it needs degree qualification. so for apply any heigher jobs which is having degree qualification you must complete your btech study.
