As per acquired information, none of the recognized Universities/Institutes offers Master of Technology [M.Tech] program in Food Technology through Distance mode. Hence, in order to pursue the M.tech program in Food Technology through a recognized University or Institute one has to opt for the regular mode.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University offers Post-Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management, through Distance mode. Candidate with a Bachelors Degree in the relevant trade are eligible to pursue the program. The duration of the course is one year which can be completed in a maximum period of four years.

Is there is any university providing distance education in M.Tech ( Food Processing Engineering)? If yes. Let me know, About the university and Regarding in which basic admission takes place?

Hello. I have done bachelor in Science from zoology and currently working. I am interested in M.Tech in food technology. As i am working therefore it is difficult for me to take regular classes. Would you please suggest me some recognised Indian university that offers the same post graduation degree (M.Tech in FT) through either distance mode or correspondence.
