I completed in diplamo in mop. I completed my degree by joined direct 2nd year in b.com. At present doing m.com final (2nd) year. Is there is eligibility to do i.a.s exam?

you need to have degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educatsional institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be a Deemed University under the UGC Act, 1956, or an equivalent qualification.

you must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years on August 1 of the year of examination.
The upper age limit is relaxed in specific cases as mentioned below:
upto a maximum of 5 years for to SC/ST.
upto a maximum of 3 years for Other Backward Classes.

Number of attempts
The maximum number of attempts restriction is effective from the examination held in 1984. In case other eligibility conditions apply:
General candidates: four attempts.
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates: No restriction.

IAS exam is conducted by UPSC every year and as you have asked there are certain eligibility criteria's which the candidates must possess.

Eligibility:

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• The candidates must have a age limit of 21-30 years.
• For SC/ST- 35
• For OBC -3
• For Ex-service men it is 5 years exception.
• The candidates must have a degree from a recognized university.

Yes for IAS you have to full fill the all eligibility criteria. The minimum qualification required is graduation and the minimum age is 21 year.

IAS exam is very hard so if you start your preparation before some month only then you can get the success. If you need, you can also join any coaching institute.

Well if you are thinking to fil application form now then sorry to say but the last
date to fill the application form has been over so you can not fill this form this
year .You have to wait till next year.Civil service exam is conducted by UPSC to
select candidates for IAS,IPS and other services .

Taking B.A Literature as subject to take my graduation,shall i apply to the IAS exam,?

There is no IAS examination it the Civil Service examination for selection of IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS etc as the case may be.

IAS- INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE, to become an IAS officer one has to sit for the Civil Service exam conducted by UPSC once every year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IAS CIVIL SERVICE EXAM:-

-The candidate must be an Indian National
-Should have either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University
-Should be within the age of 21 to 30 years of age along with upper age relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH candidate and up to 3 years for OBC candidate
