Is there any impact on jobs after Government's rule of Diploma holders are not eligible for BSc(Computer Science) course?

Sir, I have completed my Diploma in ECE and join BSc with Computer Science course in 2nd year. Right now I am in 5th semester and came to know that Government passed the rule that Diploma students are not eligible to study BSc(Computer Science) course. So, is there any impact on getting job after my BSc course?
