Re: Is there any LLB course available to do after completion of B.Com?
Yes,
You can Choose LLB course after B.com Usually, the Duration of course is 5 years after completing 12th ( which is called 'B.A. LLB' due to integrated courses But in your case, you have already Done B.Com,the course duration will be 3 years only. #Candidate should score at least 45% in B.com (40% in case of SC/ST) #Age of Candidate should not exceed 30 years ( 35 in case of SC/ST) You will have to give certain Entrance Examination like: LAWCET: Law Common Entrance Test Various Universities have different entrance exams, you can visit website of college/University individually |

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in the LLB course after the bachelor of commerce.
The LLB course is of three year duration and the eligibility to get the admission in the course is that the candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. So, you can appear for entrance examination in which ever university you want to get the admission. There is no age limit to get the admission in the course. |

Re: Is there any LLB course available to do after completion of B.Com?
LLB stands for Bachelor of Legislative law and it is a bachelor degree course after completing which you will tend towards becoming an advocate.
Basically, LLB courses are of two types on the basis of duration of course and educational qualification required for the same as mentioned below :- a) LLB course of three years, offered to the candidates having completed their graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university. b) LLB course of five years, offered to the candidates having completed their higher secondary school degree from a recognized board. Since you are bachelor degree holder hence you are eligible for both the courses if you like to. Also one thing I would like to know you that NLUs ( National Law University ) offers admission in LLB five years course only through CLAT ( Common Law Admission Test ). But Calcutta Unuversity, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, etc. does offer LLB three year course through their respective law entrance examination. For further details about these entrance examination you can log on to the official link of respective university. |

Re: Is there any LLB course available to do after completion of B.Com?
Yes Commerce Graduates can apply for the LLB but if your percentage is less than 45 percent in graduation then it is not possible to puruse LLB course. You need at least 45 percent marks in graduation to apply for LLB. If you belong to SC/ST, then its still possible for you to apply, otherwise you can not apply for LLB course.
Eligibility 1. A graduation degree in any stream. 2. At least 45 percent marks in graduation. 3. SC/ST need 40 percent marks in graduation. 4. The age limit to pursue LLB is 30 years. 5. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates. This is the full procedure you need to know if you want to study LLB after Bachelor of Commerce. |
