You can surely appy for marine engineering.A 4-year degree in marine engineering is essential to become a marine engineer.Many institutes like:
Captain Raj Razdan
Provost
Tolani Maritime Institute
Talegoan provide the eligibility criteria to get into marine engineering.
The eligibility conditions are:
Atleast 60% marks in physics, chemistry & mathematics in 12th & atleast 50% marks in english either in class 10th or 12th is essential.
Male candidates less than 25 years and female candidates less than 27 years are considered.One condition is that, only unmarried candidates are considered.
For selection criteria: the candidate must be good in mental & physical health and free from any deficiency likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties.
