Is there any quota for MBBS seats for children of Defence personnel? Which universities or colleges offers admission under such quota? Do even they require ranks in medical entrance exams or they will provide direct admission?

Yes, there is quota for wards of Defence Personnel in MBBS admission but there are not many seat.

Yes, it is mandatory for candidates to score minimum qualifying marks in NEET conducted by CBSE.

The reservation is on the priority basis and candidates who are under Priority I and II have more chance of selection as compared to other priority.

So, even if you are ward of a Defence Personnel, you have to give your best performance in the examination.
