Is there any recent notification by government stating female candidates eligibility in Indian Army?

I am a female candidate and have completed my Matriculation (10th Board exams). I heard that government recently issued a notification stating females passing 10th would be eligible to apply in Indian Army on the basis of 10th? Is it true? If yes, then how can I apply?
