Yes reservation will definitely be there based on criteria for caste reservation
given by the government.

According to the official website

A percentile above 90% is required in minimum to be eligible for Group discussion and personal interview.

Yes there is reservation in XLRI and for SC/ST candidates a minimum percentage of 50% is required unlike regular candidates who require 60%
