Yes, you can take LLB course after a long gap. LLB can be taken as regular bases or distance mode. Whichever college/university you are willing to join for LLB in India ,should be approved by the bar council of India.
College that you are planning to join will have their own set of Rules and Regulation ,so go through it once before filling the admission form. |

There is no upper age limit to get admission in LLB course as per Bar Council of India.
So, you are eligible to get admission in LLB course at the age of 36 years. Required educational qualification for LLB course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. |

Re: Is there any upper age limitation for pursuing LLB degree offered by Bangalore University?
After the supreme court of India criticized their decision of the maximum age limit of 20 years for taking admission to the 5-year integrated law degree, Bar Council of India as an interim measure decided to increase the upper age limit for 5-year LLB course from 20 to 22, and for 3-year LLB from 30 to 45.
If you are already a graduate (any stream and any course), then you simply can pursue LLB for 3 years through qualifying the required entrance exams. There is no age limit to pursue LLB courses in India. |
