1.clear out all main concept in physics ,chemistry and maths.
2.practise maths a lot. 3.there are some shortcuts in maths , for them try to join a good coaching institute. 4.management of time should be good. 5.for english read newspapers editorial page. 6.there is negative marking in exams so try not to attempt the questions of which you are not sure. |

Tips to fetch good score in IIT and AIEEE:
While solving the AIEEE paper you have to be quick Don’t get nervous while solving Attend your lecture regularly Don’t waste time in making decorative notes Make sure that each and every concept taught in class or read in book is clear to you Do only 50-60 problems per chapter ,but do quality problems which needs application of different concept. Make your own strategy for IIT -JEE with help of your mentor Things to keep in mind one day before the examination: You need at least 6-8 hours of sleep before the examination to keep yourself fresh while solving questions. Eat a light meal so that you do not feel drowsy or lethargic during the paper. Revise only those topics that you have studied earlier. Do not start reading any new topics just before the examination, since this will be a waste of time and you may lose the information you have already grasped. You should reach the test center at least half an hour before the exam and if you haven't seen the center before, then you must go and visit the center on the day before the exam. |

Re: Tips to fetch good score in IIT and AIEEE
AS IIT and AIEEE both have different pattern so i will tell you to prepare for them accordingly
IIT JEE: 1.as everyone knows in ITTJEE questions do not repeat-- so dont try to mug up things. 2.question asked is conceptual based and very easy --so try to make you base strong . 3.you have to give more time atleast 12 hours a day to prepare for IIT JEEE . 4.don't panic there are many colleges which are equally good as IITies AIEEE: 1.question asked are generally formula based -- so try to mug up every formula . 2. questions asked are straight forward 3.try to study at least 10 hours a day . 4.most of question asked are from previous year IIT JEE papers so don't forget to study last 10 years IIT JEE papers . |

Re: Tips to fetch good score in IIT and AIEEE
To get good marks in IIT-JEE and AIEEE:
For AIEEE: your basic concepts of Class 11 and 12 must be very clear. Solving of numerical should be very fast. Time management is very important in giving AIEEE paper. You will have to do 90 questions each of 4 marks with negative marking of -1. In case, you are not able to attempt all, leave some questions but don't tick incorrect, because it will deduct your marks. For IIT-JEE: your basic concepts as well as tips and tricks to solve question is very necessary. Questions will not be straightway so that you can do it very easily. It will be based on your concept but little bit difficult than AIEEE. Prepare thoroughly the books required to prepare for IIT-JEE. AIEEE is little bit easier in comparison to IIT-JEE. Best of Luck!!! |

The examination may have different marking for different questions. One of the earlier versions of AIEEE had questions of this nature. So read the instructions carefully and understand the relative difficulty levels of different formats. Tips: In case all the questions carry equal marks, then the strategy of the student should be based on time management i.e. identify those must do questions initially which you can easily do. Make sure that you identify those must do questions from each of the subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics irrespective of the order of the subjects in the question paper. Another useful tip that experts give is one should study and analyse IIT-JEE 2011 paper as accurately as possible so that you are able to answer similar questions if asked in your AIEEE paper. While solving the AIEEE paper, you have to be quick so don't waste more then half an hour in chemistry. While solving the paper, most of the questions would be subjective type which requires less solving. Also don't waste more then 1 hour in physics and utilise rest of the time in mathematics. One last thing one should remember before taking this exam is don't get nervous while solving the paper. Even if you have attempted 70% of the paper, it's enough to get a rank in top 1000. |

Re: Tips to fetch good score in IIT and AIEEE
Tips to get good score in AIEEE.
1. First 15 mins read whole paper. If you see some easy question which you know from memory then attempt then immediatly. 2. Now time left is 2 hours 45 mins. Keep some buffer time for end and allot rest of it for each section. Say 45 mins 3. Since chemistry is your strogest subject, start with it. Dont mark answers on answer sheet now. 4. Stop wherever you are after 45 mins. Mark all answers now. It may take 2-4 mins to mark all answers. Time left 180-15-45-3=117 mins 5. Start next best subject, say Maths. Same with this, spend 45 mins and mark all answers in end. Time left 117-45-2= 70 mins. 7. Now Take the last subject, physics, and spend same time on that. You may spend little more time on last subject as you are bit weak in it. Say you sepnd 7-8 mins more on it. Mark answers, 2-3 mins. Now time left 70-45-7-3=15 mins 8. Spend last 15 mins on partially solved questions of each section which you marked before. Now mark each question as you solve, otherwise you may forget them in end. |
