Which are the top most colleges in India to study Economics and Geography at Graduate level?

I am a student of class 10th ICSE who is approaching the final Board exams in a few days. After 10th I would like to study Science in 10+2 standard without Economics as my school wouldn't offer such combination. But after 12th exam, as for my graduation can I get to study Economics and Geography along with other Science subjects like Chemistry? Specially would DU (Delhi university) or JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru university) offer such combination? What are the best colleges in India to study Economics or Geography?
