In private college the cost would be around 3-4 lakhs. In govt. colleges the cost are somewhat less.

Well, the total expenses keeps varying along with the State Government. If your brother has gone through the counselling procedure of your respective state Engineering Common entrance test then i could have helped you better if you would have mentioned which CET your brother has gone through. Its the State Government which decides the amount of fees to be paid by the student.

The Fee structure of IIT's and NIT's are decided by the Central Government.
You can go through the fees structure of NIT,Patna in the following link

http://www.nitp.ac.in/feestructure.htm

The total fees of Engineering in Andhra Pradesh is about Rs30,200 per year. The other fees like bus fees, hostel fees, library fee and other such fee's are decided by the college management.Based on this information i hope you can estimate the Engineering fee structure of your respective State.

Since your brother have secured a very good aggregate hence you can approach any bank for loans. You need to submit details like educational certificates, residential proof and other such details for applying for bank loan.

Fee depends upon the college and the universities a person could do engineering from following procedure:-

i> From IIT's -it is the most valuable institutes in India. If any candidate wants to enter these colleges he/she should have to pass the entrance exam known as JEE(Joint Entrance EXAM)

ii>From AIEEE(ALL INDIA ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAMINATION) If the candidate got NIT's by clearing this exam then it will be quite beneficial.

iii>FROM STATE Universities and other private universities:-
Before taking admission to colleges please verify the legality of the institution

@ fees are different for different colleges and YOU CAN HAVE LOAN FOR ALMOST ALL THE COLLEGES IN INDIA

Hi,

Total expenses varies according to the university from you want to do B.E.

Total expense depends upon the Tution Fees of the university. There are different different fees structure of every university.

As fees structure of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota is 51000 per year and forum fees and other fees are separate .
I want to tell you that our government provide loan for the student.it provide only tution fees of the college.

To get loan first you provide the proof of the fees that you deposit your fees in the college.

fees will be differs from the state to state.as in andhra pradesh,if you qualify in eamcet,u have to pay only 32500 rupees .per year.and accommodation will extra.if u not given the entrance exam, the fees will be differs from college to college, according to ranking in university.but i can say mini fees start from RS75000 per year only for education for normal colleges and maximum will be upto RS200000 per year.so i suggest you to give entrance exam and get good rank and take admission in good college.
