Is Transfer Certificate compulsory for admission in class 11th after a year gap?

I passed class 10th from a school and the school I was in, had classes upto 10th grade only so they gave migration certificate after passing class 10th (not transfer certificate) with other certificates and documents. After that I took a year break. And now I want to get admission in a new school for class 11th. Is it possible for me get admission in the new school with a year gap? Will there be any issue? And, would I require Transfer Certificate as well?

As per CBSE Board, Migration certificate is sufficient to take admission in any school whether it is in your home state or in other state.

A gap of 1 year, it is depend on School regulations. In case of Govt school, there is no issue like this and you can take admission even after the gap of 1 year.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
